Duty Captain rosters can be obtained from the Club Captain or are displayed on the tennis room windows.

in 2020 we introduced a simple computerised system called ‘Double Happy’. This makes it far easier for Duty Captains to organise rounds and games.

All Duty captains need to do is, identify the number of courts available, register players in attendance and select the type of game to play the application does the rest and maintains a history to recall previous games. It takes away the stress of remembering who played who and were. The committee members will provide help and training for who may require support in the use of the application.

Please note during the Pennants League season there is restricted court availability.

The duty roster will be periodically emailed out to the relevant members and is available at the club office, sometimes the dates will clash with your own calendar, if so, please ask another roster member to swap dates then please inform the Club Captain of the change otherwise there will be no one available to organise the afternoon.
